Alright. Don't want to get you down but i will be direct. This is not a good logo. It looks very old and outdated. The concept is good and the idea of a polar bear and a fridge has been used but it seems to work well. Now for the negative part. It is too detailed. Try to simplify the symbol as much as you can. Also don't put the symbol between the text as it interrupts the flow of reading the title. I would completely get rid of the mountains in the back, but if you want to keep it just make it small and simple, maybe just behind the bear. Also don't use shadow for the title. the font choice for the title is not quite ugly if it would be without the shadows and mountains i guess. The tagline however is not working. that well.
The way it is drawn also looks sketchy and pixelated, not sharp enough. try using a vector program for drawing it so that it can be rescaled without loosing quality.
