Brief from client
envisioned partnering with entrepreneurs and micro businesses and becoming an integral part of their business by providing support they could rely on and trust.
Colours: orange, black, and white
The logo should embrace trust, excellence and stability..
The "support" is about using and sharing my skills set and experience in administration, technology and web development to help entrepreneurs and micro businesses become more efficient, productive, and successful by outsourcing these support functions.
The "plus" is about going above and beyond of just supporting people in business and strive for excellence.

Interesting symbol. Does it have some meaning or it is just apstract stylization? Maybe it would be interesting if you could stylize plus in the symbol, what do you think?
Also, try to make white lines in a symbol a bit thinner, maybe the same thickness as the font.

I deleted the other post as it was the exact same logo beside a slight change of color. No need to create two posts, as we have limited real estate on the first page of the Critique section.
If you want to show variations of color, just upload them in the comment section.
Now, onto my critique: As PopArt said, the symbol is interesting but it feels a bit disconnected from the wordmark.
Maybe if you gave the strokes the same thickness as the font, both elements would work better together.
Sorry, this isn't doing anything for me. It looks overly complicated, and there isn't any sense of harmony or reason behind the design. The colors could work, but everything else falls apart.
