Too complicated and confusing.

The symbol and wordmark are way too graphically different and don't really match each other. It's like you have 2 logos in one.

And each one isn't bad. I like the lightbulb, although it's something you see a lot already. I would keep this one and try to find a more understated and fitting wordmark.
