No gradients either I know I already said that but I just wanted to stress it
Too complicated fot a logo design. The shape around the text is not relevant although it may represent the grass. The clipart tree is not working and the swirly clouds are too much for the overall design. Research and try again.
It's a nice illustration for a cover page of a research paper that your high school teacher assigned you.
If you want a logo you'll have to keep it simple.
I thought of putting true sustainability and the tree only.
I know. And is never easy to design a tree, a cloud, or a Sun that doesn't look corny or at least unoriginal.
Look for something inside the definition of "sustainability". I'm sure you'll find it.

I just see a stock clipart tree with some swirls for a cloud and some pretty ugly typography below.
I suggest you trash this and start over.
