Firstly, I would get rid of the gradient. Logos typically look better and more professional without them.

I see what you were trying to do with all three symbols, and it's almost there, but I only see half the star of David? Also, the font is a little odd and does not all flow together because of that capital L at the end.

Rework this and see what else you can come up with!
