Team Corporative

First of all, you really shouldn't abbreviate "Corp" here if it's short for "Corporative." It sends the message that the brand is "Team Corporation." Just a bit confusing.

Secondly, I sense a lack of planning and forethought into this logo. It feels rushed, and has an amateur feel to it. I mean no offense, but that's my brutal honesty.

I would spend some time sketching. This is the cardinal rule of logo development; without some serious brainstorming and research, it's very difficult to create an effective logo.

The font also clashes with a strong, bold symbol such as this. Be more particular when choosing one. Look for relationships between symbol and type. It's half the work of logo design.
