Good idea (though you should do a bit a research, it looks like it could totally been done already), but the corny bevel/emboss effect is a major turn off.

My advice, let go of the whole reflection thing, think flat.

Also, we're missing the word mark.

Keep it up.

I will go further and say it has definitely been done by everyman and his dog.

The name of the company is going to be a nightmare to execute nicely.
