I read "aest connect."

The symbol doesn't give any idea of connectivity, quiet the contrary. All these cubes seems to overlap each other randomly.

Also, how will the logo behave when it's on a white background?

This needs a lot more work. So does the name, it is not easy to pronounce, but that may be not your problem.

the first thing i tought was : no.
I´m kinda tired of seing almost every tech-related logo on green and black, yeah it is beacuase of the screens and programming task ( and The Matrix) and all that stuff, but does anyone will remember it?, will the clients be able to tell this logo apart from so many othes using the same square looking typo and black background with flashy green color!??!?
ask yourself this and then think over the whole concept (is there a concept behind , right?)
