I think the idea is good but the execution is not there yet. It's a little all over the place. Try to avoid drop shadows and overlapping elements. Clean it up.

to me it looks like a magazine column masthead, not a serious that actually gets the nitty gritty information about a person you might be meeting. i'd get rid of the bright pink to start, otherwise a good start
