It's a really good start. But, there are a few things that need to be worked out.
-Simplify- Get rid of the road and the trail to the light house (extend light house to the bottom).
-Kerning- Your type is crammed together.
-Font- I see why you chose it, to make the "light" blend better. But, I don't think a slab serif works for a restaurant. Try to make a more elegant type work with your idea. It might look better if you fix the kerning..I doubt it.
-THE- "the" tilted on the side doesn't work. Find a better placement.
With those tweaks I think you will have yourself a nice logo.
thank you very much, i'l surely try it, i appreciate it =]
Ohhhhhhhh NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

This is BAD BAD BAD....
i did mention i got inspiration from a logo.
Well, inspiration would be something like: "Great! I'm gonna put my lighthouse between LIGH and HOUSE and make it look like a T". But you just changed the font.
You need to be more creative, more original to call it "inspiration". Is not that easy.
i liked it until G13 discovery...
Stealing someones concept and changing a few lines is not called 'inspiration', it's called COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
