IDEA of alternative of TNFco

I know this is supposed to be funny, but it really isn't.
It made me chuckle as a joke. But as a logo, there's much creativity in it. The fireworks effect is superfluous.
Sure there is creativity in it, if you don't mind North Face suing over copyright infringement. Flipping their established logo upside down I don't think is as much a change as needed to get away from it. Beyond that, it is busy and messy, but it does have some urban appeal about it. But if you are seriously set on it, good luck.
Parody doesn't fall under copyright infringement. Think MAD magazine, The Onion or old school Whacky Packs.
