Too close to the Gatorade logo.
The running man symbol looks totally random.
Globally, the composition is uneven, the fonts don't gel with each other.
This is all sorts of 'no', I'm afraid. As Shawali pointed out, WAY too similar to the Gatorade logo, the composition is totally whack, the light gray color is way too faint, the little running man looks like he was just tossed in at random- and the shape of the logo as a whole just doesn't work. I'd also suggest against using the same letter as the first letter for two different words - in most cases it doesn't work. The color fade on the big awkward shape also doesn't work. I don't mean to poop all over your party- but just start over and try to make it less haphazard looking, more evenly balanced! (ie- try not to have big chunks hanging off the sides, etc!)
