I think it translates to 'A4 Printing House'.

I wanted to see if I could work it out with Google translate, and I think I did, so the OP has no excuse ;)

There's a definite problem with perspective here. The left side of the A isn't traveling the same direction as the right. I don't know Cyrillic either but this font looks pretty cool with it to me.
