I like the concept. I like the symbol but the weight of the stem of the arrow bothers me. Perhaps the weight of the head or the tail should be thicker. There is a bit of a disconnect between the symbol and the text. Maybe the text to the right of the symbol would connect the two better.

This works. Nothing ground breaking but it is efficient.

Not a fan of the main typace, though. The T looks weird. Maybe go with Gotham or Futura.
