This isn't working. Avoid photography/clipart when designing a logo. Also, separating and squeezing text in the frames is a poor solution. As you can see, you're forced to break up words, which is a typographical no-no.

And make your next version a bit bigger for us, eh? You also don't need the decoration on the sides.

A popular suggestion you'll hear us preach over and over is sketch an idea out on paper, and then work forward to a vector design. Drawing should be more natural than mouse clicking, plus it's far easier and quicker to revise and tweak your idea.
