Is this a different idea for the same client as your other design, or another client? I feel as though you ought to try a new color scheme. Show variety :)

As for the symbol itself, its also a good solution. I think the colors clash against each other a bit, so maybe my first suggestion would resolve this. The red and green together don't bother me, so maybe it's the lack of separation. But do try to use a fresh color scheme.

I love the idea behind a symbol with an abstract " T " and " J ". I prefer keeping both elements in one solid color for each without a separator to pull away with corner of a frame look.
