Logo design for a Led Company in Greece
We designed a logo that uses the a Led bulb in outlines mode so to create more a motif appearance than a solid logo..
I like the look, you can solve the detail issue Jon mentioned by thickening the strokes of your likes a bit, or fill in the circles to a solid color instead of an outline. Or you could also remove the outer white circles, allowing you to increase the size of the bulbs, so they are more easily reproduced and legible.
I have two issues with this logo, however.
First, GE and Agilight, two of the world's biggest lighting companies, both use blue in their logos. You might seek to differentiate this brand from its biggest competition by using a different color scheme.
Second, there's a typo. The word is "Lighting" not "Lightning". Unless your LED's are designed not for illumination but to emit dangerous electric sparks.
But otherwise, this is good work and you're off to a good start.

Good idea but the main (BIG) issue is that you lose all of the detail when the image is reduced and it isn't recognizable from far away...
