Symbol and text are miles apart for an idea sake and for sake in general, sorry. Pencil/paper time.

I'd be surprised if you spent more than 10 minutes working on this. I sicerely hope it's not the final version.

ok, the idea is not bad but the implementation has a lot to improve. The symbol, whatever it is , a flower or a tree or a grog, should be clean and neat. The proportions of symbol versus text should be different, make the symbol smaller.
Another thing i see is the whole logo sits in a round shape, another reason for it to be balanced and tidy.
Finally, before come with a revision do spend time with the concept, let it brew well.
