I like how the letters are 'strapless'. it 'ties in' well with the brand name and product.

The bottom layout works better, I think. But make the subcopy the same width as the lettering above. It's slightly and it bugs me a little.

Very Nice! i dont like the bottom composition, it makes it even harder to read. I would only use the top composition. Like whats been said above the strapless letters tie in very well with brand name

Very sexy logo. Great work Daniel.
The N, L and E are 100% perfect, the U, A and C bother me a little, but I can't think of anything that would make this look better. You could add the beginnings of a thin line to the U, A and C, but this would probably take away from the overall effect.

Solid work!

p.s. On the stacked version, maybe close up the tracking a tad :)
