Sorry this is not working at all.

It's obviously pixel based. Logos should made always be in vector format.

The light bulb is the oldest trick in the book. The sub text is totally out of place and way too big compared to the logo. Too big are also the brackets.

It feels it's been done in 5 minutes without giving it too much thoughts. Unfortunately, this is not how logo design works.
