I am a fan of the symbol and the two fonts with eachother. On account the name of the Ortho office is "URIAS" and not "UR IAS" I would stray away from dividing the word like you did. The symbol is quite minimal and clean and I really enjoy its subtlety. The colors are working for me as well. Good work, just change the font.
