The symbol on this one is quite interesting, although I cant tell it is a tooth I am a fan of it. I think if you did a little bit more to the top to make it look more tooth like it would do wonders. I like the bottom of the symbol it reminds me of a shield and orthodontics is a defense against bad smiles :)
Big fan of the type on this one, you found two fonts that compliment each other perfectly, the kearning is on point as well. Almost nailed it on this one. Keep it up.

p.s. - Although I like the symbol I am going to give a thumbs down because I believe there is still more you can do to improve it.
