Brief from client 

Design a nice logo for Ustaarabu Ceramics & Allied. Ustaarabu is swahili for Civilization.

Ustaarabu manufactures and premium quality ceramic tiles and is based in headquartered in Muscat, Oman.

The logo should portray the finesse, elegance, flair of the company's products.

This one features a mosaic of irregular shapes that form the letters UC. Still exploring.

This one look better than version 1 imo. I'm not digging the symbol colors and the letter C on the symbol quite hard for me to recognize. Overall it's nicely done, still lots of room for improvement thought.
