Logo tipo de Velas HN, C.A.
Logo Tipo Diseñado por Gabriel Fernandez Editor Grafico
The only thing I don't like is the outline font you used for "Velas" and "La Luz de la Calidad" because in the letters U and D for example the black inner outlines stick together and form a thick black area. So I suggest to try another font, perhaps not an outline style.
Unfortunately, I won't be as enthusiastic as Razrrath.
This logo is way too complex, with too many elements fighting for attention. First, there are too many symbols: the flame, the two circles (the yellow one being particularly wonky) and the starry swoosh between the big letters.
Then, there is way too much text. As a rule of thumb, the baseline of a brand shouldn't be part of the logo. Especially if you going to put a terrible stroke on every single character.
To conclude, I can definitely feel that you have an eye for design, but this logo is rushed, poorly though through and globally feels very dated. It needs to be drastically simplified, or better yet, restarted from scratch, this time with a good amount of research, inspiration and above all: sketching.
