It would be incredibly helpful if there was any context to the client or intention for the logo.

That being said, this logo is far too busy and complicated to be anything more than amateurish and rushed. There is no reason for the text to be 3D as you originally have it. And the font choice is too simple and boring. Looks like something out of a 1990 textbook cover.

The splatter-paint logo in the back is, again, too complicated and unnecessary. A company's logo should be easy to read and easily recognizable on any product its intended to be put on.
