Looking for professional, clean and modern.
Admittedly, this logo is more cliche, and is a commonly used theme in the veterinary world.
Though, it is tried and true, and would be a safer pick (than the other one I uploaded for critique).
I think the dog/cat silhouette are friendly--most other vet clinics that use this logo idea have side profiles.
Does the ECG line make the logo too busy?

Same comments as the previous version but this one is worst.
Overall too complicated with the cat/dog/cross symbol and that sinusoidal just make for too many symbols.
Talking about that cat/dog symbol, that particular visual idea has been done before and I'm pretty sure you lifted it up from another logo.
The serif font is no go here. And like in the other version, the subtext is still too prominent.
