Overall it looks simple and clear. What you should change is the gradient on the "O" and remodel it so that it looks better.

I like the idea of using the O for a graphic of some sort, but what is there now makes me think of the crosshairs on the scope of a rifle. The font is clean and easy to read.

I think this one has potential, but right now the leafs are too thin. Try to make it work with leafs that are more recognizable as such.
