Visual Beats multimedia studio is a company who focus in multimedia production, web design and other areas
That's the new version of this logo. The meaning of the blue arrow works based on a concept from a play button for the audiovisual works, seems like a pixel art for web design and transform from a square to a circle from the concept of animation, all of that the kind of works that the studio do.

the logo is not good and not bad, is a logo. I would use a more impact font in here, same bold in "beats" or something like that, i would make the subtext the same length as Visual beats and put a witty simbol at one of the ends of the logo.

Unfortunately there's not much happening here. It looks like it's been done in just a few minutes.
Why don't you look at Beats by Dr Dre? Check out multimedia studio logo on google images, that can give you some rough idea on how the logo should look like. This is just a first draft. I agree that there is some thought in squares becoming a circle, but is all of that visually appealing? And remember people would want to have business with the studio, if what it does is visually appealing. That's my opinion.
