The details. The colors. Its just too much. What he said above - might work as a poster, but it isn't a logo.

your website is nice and has potential to be very successful but your logo is not doing your company any justice. It looks to childish and unprofessional, your clients won't take you seriously from looking at this. The logo might even be the reason why clients don't come to you for your service. Revise your logo again then submit, because based on your work you have the potential to create something good.

I agree with the above. It's a good design, but not for a logo. Too complex. You need a symbol not a whole poster.
