I like this. But i prefer the first one who had a more distinctive shape. I was able to say at first glance in what kind of activities this compagnie was involved. Here it is not that clear.
But if you are concerned by the "too many colors" issue of the first version, i think this is a pretty good B plan.

Me gusta la idea, quizás jugaría un poco con las retículas del logo para alinear el texto inferior con el superior, y buscaría colores que pudieran hacer mejor contraste y una mejor combinación en la transparencia

El tema colores es complejo puesto que representa un haya, que se caracteriza por los tonos anaranjados en otoño. (mitad primavera-mitad otoño). Pero apunto
