the base metal silver
The stones will be either Swarovski or precious stones.

This isn't working for me. This logo looks like it's been designed directly on Illustrator, without any, or at least enough sketching.
The symbol looks random, stale and doesn't give any idea of luxury or high end products that you would expect from a jewelry working with Swarovski stones.
Same goes with the font. Basically this whole logo would be more appropriate for an insurance company than a luxurious jewelry line.

Nothing here reads jewelry or luxury or even trendy. I appreciate you trying to do something different but I don't think this is the path.
For your Symbol, you made two V's but other than it standing for VIVUS what is it trying to portray? It comes off as random, or check marks?
The font is ok, as long as you change the color scheme. Just because it's targeted to women doesn't mean it has to be neon hot pink.
