Becareful, you can upload only one logo per post.
I absolutely love the second version. The drop around the keyhole represents a droplet of ink right? But the fact that its curving and smalling down to a little point is making it offsetting. Maybe try different variations of how you can play with the droplet. Not saying its bad the way it is right now but who knows, you could possibly surprise yourself :) Good job!
I agree, the second one with drop is better because it combines security and ink.
The first one is more IT to me.
Beware of the fine copy it looks too small
Version is 2 is a really cool idea but the execution is a bit off. I'd have a simple "straight" drop. This curved thing is kinda complicating things.
