I'm kinda a newbie at this, but I really like this. The A in water forms to top of the drip and the o forms the bottom. Love it. I think the dot (point) in point might be a little much, but i like the idea of it.

The logo on the bottom looks better IMO. If you wanted to, you could add some depth to the water drop with some shading or reflection elements.
