Brief from client
Create a logo that shows speed reminds of a phoenix (because the company is based in Phoenix AZ) and is simple with only 2 colors.
The colors red and gray stand for the phoenix burning and the ashes. In the greek mythology the bird stands for long life. I like this idea for a webdesign logo because websites are supposed to be revised and updated regularly have a long life and be fast as same as the service that the company is offering. The text can be all in one line like this or be under the logo as well if the format needs to be more square.

I do like this. You might want to check your kerning. The PHOE looks a little set apart.
