I really like it. I am assuming you are creating an updated logo? I took the liberty of looking up the WAEC and definitely like this version better than the existing one:

Why is the swan facing right? On the official flag and the existing logo it is facing left.

If there is a reason behind this, I would like to hear it. If not, I would switch it to face left, IMHO.

Looks very good, in my opinion you should consider removing that big star on tail feathers, it is a bit redundant.
Typography for 'ENGLISH COLLEGE' is a bit too thin and will be hard to read at small size, I would suggest making it a bit thicker.

If flag is not a requirement, lose it.
It says Australian in the text, colors are Australian, does he really need all elements of the flag too?

so lose the flag thing in the bird would be the only option then...problem is that the stars are Australian essentials in the flag..i agree with your point tho
