New brand, work with 3D architectural visualization, have the corp opened but don`t have visual identity.

Right of the bat, your biggest problem here is that it's just unreadable. A light grey to white gradient on a white background will do that for you.
The symbol is really interesting, though it could use some tweaking like the two sides should be in a straight line, instead of having a slight break where the W and V meet.
I'm not really feeling what you did with the word mark. With the darker dots and on the z merging with the line underneath, it's almost a logo on its own. Keep things simple, don't make the symbol and the text fight for attention.
Low poly, thumbs up , eyebrows up, like it. Unreadable?! Yess it is unreadable and The Charlie is right and his suggestions are fine.
Also I would like to share a little secret : when you have converging lines our eyes tend to see the shadow and the outline a little ( or a little more) darker as lines are meeting.
You can use that to preserve something more of your nice shape there and increase readability. Still, do not abuse, is a logo not a drawing. Take a sneak peek at alexis marcou art and type...
