I am assuming this is for a production company that deals with horror movies?
I would pick one symbol- either the spider or the film. If you use the spider, I would lose the web. It's too light and just doesn't look good. Looks like clip art which I'm sure it is. Maybe hang the spider from the words and increase the size so it doesn't get lost in the text. Or side-view crawling across the top so that it isn't super obvious might be better.
If you use the film it's ok like it is, if you had a better W to base it off of. BUT- it has been done a lot. Go for something unique.
I would use a more serious font for something that is supposed to convey fear. You also need to give "studios" more space (move down from "wiggler").
Black and red will work, but I would use a deeper shade of red. More of a "blood" red. It will also work in one color, so if you don't need the red, don't use it.
Always simplify. There is a quote that I am paraphrasing-- "It isn't finished when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away"
Cobweb covering movie studio name looks like they are running out of business.
Typography is pretty ugly and all in all this is a very poor attempt at logo design.

I think it will work with some more effort.
Hope this helped.
Thanks
