More similar on the company which is engaged in players, ear-phones and everything that is similar to it. And if to clean a trunk, to leave only a head? Colors are pleasant to me also the bottom part.
The shape of the head is very odd. The illustration is messy and pixelated. Draw it in Illustrator and use vectors. The colors are nice but get rid of that gradient/shadow. The character needs to be more charismatic by being drawn better. Lose the boxes and use the colors for the actual text.
I must say it - I despise so called shiny & glitzy "web 2.0" style. Can't help it, I'm old school.
Lucky for you, yours is so badly executed that it functions as a perfect mockery of that sad and ugly 'shiny 3D balls filled with gradients and shadows' style.
However I don't think that was intentional and you probably had high hopes with this creation.
Sorry, but this will never work for me.

Keep only the head of the little man and lose the bevel of the boxes.
Shadows, lights, and gradients can look nice but only on finished and established logos (e.g. ABC network.).
i think it's better to design a new little man. not in this modern figure. but you can keep the colors
