I understand what you're going for (rustic feel), but the illustration in the background of the type is confusing. Try to simplify it a bit.

I agree with Ivan, the symbol is really getting in the way and makes the logonot very legible. BTW, is it something you drew yourself or is it a clip art?

I'm not a fan of having one big charater for 2 smaller words, as it rarely works on top of being a cheap trick. Which is the case here.

That stroke around the characters is going to be a major pain depending on where the logo will be used. For exemple, if it's enbroided, it's not going to look good. Pro tip: avoid strokes in logo like the plague.

Globally, this doesn't look great at all, I'm sorry to say.
