I second everything that Shawali said above. Really really bad. Start over, lose the bright colors (just use normal colors that will print well- these colors would NEVER glow on paper like they are on the screen), lose this wonky composition, no vertical text, use BIGGER text (can anyone read the subtext at all here?), use a different font, and if you want the logo like that, at very least re-arrange the set up of the fonts around it and change those colors. Then upload the new improved version!
