Brief from client 

To create a logo for a recruitment/Business consulting agency.

The name according to the client is similar to Yahoo. The word (Ya) in Arabic is a lingual tool used to address or to call someone, similar to (Yo) or (yey) in Arabic.

I think with a little refinement this could be a nice piece. I would choose a sans serif for the subtext and make it a little bit smaller and inline with the y. I'm not sure I understand the question mark.

I thought the question mark will make it read as a question (Are you looking for work?) since it is a recruitment company.
