Brief from client
Design Brief: "Youthbook is a new social networking site designed for elementary school aged children. (13 and younger) We have built our site from the ground up with privacy of the children as the key goal as well integrating the parents too so they oversee any aspect of their childs social network experience"

"YB" in the symbol should be different text.. currently too difficult to discern what it is at a glance. is it circles? three u's? y,j,b? in future client may want to just use the symbol without the text next to it, and a clearer tag would be beneficial.
Yes, the YB in the symbol is not very clear but, all in all: nice job!
Overall i like it! I do agree that the yb is not all that clear maybe see if you can get that to pop a little more but great work.
