This is not working for me. Poorly thought through is what first came to my mind upon seeing this for the first time. Then, uninspired.

The two fonts you picked are too similar and don't complement each other well. The symbol is hard to make out with these not contrasting enough shades of blue. And it's way too small, stuck like this in the upper right corner. It just feel like an after thought.

You need to spend more time working on this, with a proper creative process (First market research, then inspiration (www.logopond.com www.dribbble.com www.pinterest.com) and finally execution.)
