Brief from client 

Client wants a logo for his new washing business.
They Clean carpets and sofas and stuff.
He wants it VERY simple

Ok, took off the "terrible and random looking spatter", and changed the font used on "Express"

Try using a simple sans serif font for EXPRESS.
I think the 3 lines are superfluous. Maybe have EXPRESS in italics if you want to show speed.
You could extend the bottom of the S or L so it holds the word EXPRESS. This should help simplify the logo even more. I can create a mock-up if this doesn't make sense.
