Brief from client
The name of the business is Webia. It is a web design, marketing and community management company I'm trying to start with some friends.
We want to have a friendly-modern look, priorizing out creativity and flexibility in every work.

Hello guys, this is my first upload here, I hope you can help me! This is for a business I'm starting with some friends.
The idea of the logo was trying to keep it simple and modern. I've used a big color gradient to give it a fresh and friendly look over a formal black and white design. Also kept the rounded corners to make it less agressive and make it more dynamic.
The logo works on both black and white background which I've been seen it's really important. My only fear is that the design might be a little bit overused.
I also added a smaller version on the right corner to show you guys how it looks when resized down.

Your English is fine. Welcome to this blog! I'm a big fan of Mario Kempes, Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi. Would be nice to know more about your business that you're starting with this logo. Also, I need to know if this is just a " W " or two " V's " or " IN " ? Overall I like this one.

I uploaded the brief section and tried to give more information as you asked, I hope it helps. Actually never thought the logo could be seen as "IN" or two "V's", but now you mention it I might have to adjust it a little bit to make it a fair "W".

If Messi leaves international stage now - it will be a huge loss for a football worldwide, as he is a tremendous iconic figure. I can understand his frustration not winning at a major tournaments for Argentina,except the Olympics, but nobody cares for that and hope that he will reconsider and be ready for a World Cup 2018 in my former home country - Russia. That will be his last chance.So, if there is even 1% chance - there is a chance. On your concept you must make it clear what letter that is. Good luck!

This logo is a pretty good start. I like it simplicity and it's pretty memorable.
Now it's not done yet. I'd like to see what's happening when you develop it, give it a word mark and more generally branding guidelines.

Could you explain to me what you mean with "word mark" and "branding guidelines"? I'm not getting it, probably in spanish it's called in a different way haha.

The word mark is the part where the name of the brand is. In your case Webia.
Branding guidelines and the set of rules that governs how your brand works visually. It established the colors, the fonts, the compositions, placement depending on the environment your logo will be in (website, business cards, etc...) as well all the potential branding elements surrounding your logo. Visually, a brand isn't just about the logo, but about the sum of all the elements that form the brand and the way they work together.
need more info to full critique. If it's a W, then fix that line where the gradient changes, because it looks like 2 Vs. you did this well where the other two line separations are, but not in the middle one. Also, I think the gradient is slightly too bright at the bottom.

It is ment to be a "W", I see what you are saying, I need to fix the gradient like I did in the bottom ones. You are right with the brightness too, I'll try to adjust it but I don't want to make it way too dark also :/
