Brief from client 

A logo for our school kayak club. Our school colours are black and white, and the badge is a fleur de lys. This logo must be show strong links back to the school.

I started by taking our school badge and adding two crossed kayak paddles The escutcheon was added to make the logo appear neat and 'rounded off'.
