Where to start where to start... I'm going to go about this in bullet points, I think that'll work best.

-I didn't know there was an 'i' in the name until I read the description above. To me it looks like "Kama" - no question. Put a real 'i' in there - don't just use the side of the a/m!

-I don't understand the centaur being plopped in front of the 'a'. It doesn't fit, it's not nicely placed- it looks lit it was literally just thrown on top of the rest of it and it landed wherever it landed.

-The filmstrip. Again, it looks like it was just tossed in. Neither of the two clip arty elements seem to fit at all. They're not in the same style, they don't look good together, nothing here is cohesive or working together.

-Speaking of clip-arty, both of your 'symbols' here look very much like bad clip art.

So basically, the whole thing just looks thrown together, like there wasn't any thought in how it would all fit. Using a centaur that's that small and detailed is just a bad idea to begin with- it's SO small that when printed on any smaller scale it'll just look like a smudge on the 'a'.
Same with the film strip (and why is it partially translucent?) - it looks like bad clip art and just doesn't fit.

The ONE positive thing I can say here (and I'm sorry if this is coming off as harsh- I'm just saying what I see) is that I DO like the font you chose. I think your subtext could be a little larger, thus thicker so it stands out more. Although I really don't like how the 'i' is being made out of the side of the 'a'- I don't think that works at all. Stick a real 'i' in there!

So aside from the font you chose, I would just start over. Fresh ideas, a cohesive idea that's aesthetically pleasing! It can be done! Upload a new version when you can!
