Nice job all around in my (inexperienced) opinion. I'm glad you got rid of the outline around the bottom. The gradient is nice and looks like the logo is solid enough to work as just one color if needed. I like the variation of font on the UX. It makes it stand out and gives the whole composition a more interesting dynamic than your previous one with all slab serif fonts.

Yes, as soon as I let the city skyline 'bleed' out the container and let the word DAYTON complete the box, I knew that was it for that part.
The 'UX' letters gave me a bit more of a hard time, but when I thought that a lot of the processes when working in UX are done manually, like illustrations, site maps, layouts, etc, I thought that maybe a script typeface would work, and once I customized it a bit to fit this design, it felt right as well.
