The symbol still looks like it needs work on the crown of the tree. Why don't you try something on the idea of:

Good improvement on the font.
Colors are ok too.
Still the foliage which still doesn't look right.
Try to think in playmobil style, then, just tweak it to remove the kids stuff and there will be a good logo.
About typography, this one doesn't look very environmental friendly, i feel it as it goes for a lawyers firm or something like the CEO's council. The problem? It is a serif typo: the best one for solemn things and for the establishment, not for revolutionary stuff or activism.
About color, its getting better since it looks more stilized, but i don't feel it as friendly as i suppose it should be.
I insist: you should see other logos to bring some order to your ideas. Compare them, theorize about their characteristcs and why they're as they do an then, take a pen and sketch a bit, until then your work in the computer will look with a direction.
Much much better, good work. this are the right colors. good job. i really like the hands being so abstract. my opinion is that you should stop here, i think it's really good, from the first version this one looks made by a totally different person.

It's getting better. The font is a lot nicer now and I like the style of the hands, it's kind of artistic. The crown of the tree still needs some smoothing, some more work. The colors improved too, now it's starting to look like a logo:)

You're really near to finish it, the symbol is not complete, I'm not sure if it really work with that, try to make something like kaosme tells you. Maybe looks better.
Love the new color scheme!! I like the shape of the canopy and type in version 3 better than this one. You might want to tone down the Dr. Seuss hands just a little. This is a great revision!

I like the colors, I like the hands (witchy or not!), and I don't dislike the font at all. The only thing that I might focus on changing would be the outline of the foliage- I keep seeing the word 'crown' in the critiques, so I'm thinking there's supposed to be a crown shape in there somewhere? I don't see a crown shape, but either way I think the outline of the leaves could be a little bit more detailed, or more tree shaped. But overall, I think this has gotten a lot better!
What a terrific idea. You might try a different treatment on the "crown" but you could call it done and it would be very nice.
