Remove the flames, the license plate and the tag line and you might have something ok.
You can really make this into a bad ass memorable logo with a few modifications and changes. Tell your client that before his conditioner on a handle bars and colors - a shampoo goes first to make this concept work. Draw a cool looking babe and place on that bike, as you have a top of her bra above a headlight, relegate flames up and make it into a babe's hair blowing to a left and right by an upcoming wind ( refine flames, of course),place babe's arms firm on these handle bars, draw a front of a bike coming at us in perspective with a front tire and tire's traction , make that headlight with a bulb and lens effect ( get rid of these three streaks on an inside ), make bike more metallic looking. That way you will get a darn looking logo and a bad ass one.

Clearly there's a language barrier here.
In brief from client I changed conditions to a conditioner to tied up with a shampoo. Sorry, English is not my native language.Hope that it helps.
Yeah, uh, thanks for clearing that up.
What you are missing here is balance. The AWE RIDES needs to be much more prominent, I believe it should be the main focus. That being said the fonts you work with need to be more distinct or unique (not to be interpreted as gimmicky). With the focus on the handle bars as you have here it looks too generic, like one of those "your name here" logos. Try to come up with something that fits your target group, recognizable but is unexpected.
